Our FREE case management program was created to be supportive, integrative approach to mental health care by connecting clients to essential resources, helping them address barriers, and fostering overall well-being. Through this program, we strive to make community resources care more accessible, equitable, and responsive to the needs of our community members.
Mental Health professional G.R.O. INITIATIVE
The mission of the Mental Health Professional G.R.O. Initiative (Growth, Renewal, Outreach), in concert with the mission of the VA SMILE Foundation, is to expand opportunities for professional development, self-care, and networking to mental health professionals in our community while providing opportunities for mental health students / social work practitioners interaction in shared learning environments.

Recognizing the many barriers people face when accessing mental health care especially people of color, we at VA SMILE Foundation are on a mission to provide a supportive, safe, and affordable space for individuals to access mental health care and improve their quality of life. We believe that mental health care is a right, not a privilege, and we are here to empower our community to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.especially due to financial constraints, we launched this program to bridge the gap.
